I am not judging nor criticising, just putting out this thought to be considered and used as a reminder to us all. If not for ourselves for our offspring we should all put our efforts forward healthier life.
Let’s talk about basics.
BREATH !
Anxiety, stress, even panic attacks often accompany shallow breathing.
Modify the quality and depth of your breath. Talk to your yoga teacher about breathing techniques.
Stay HYDRATED !
Ask you physician how much water should you drink every day.
Maybe 8 to 10 glasses ?
EAT REAL FOOD !
Ask your dietitian about personalized diet plan. Eat healthy proteins, healthy fats, and a lot of GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES.
MOVE YOUR BODY !
Don’t over think it. Walk, practice YOGA, pilates, ride a bike, swim, what ever makes you happy and you can enjoy doing.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP !
Allow your body to rest, regenerate, recover, repair.
